Can't wait to read "Kate's point of view from 'Home at Last'"!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Tori! can't wait to see more of your work!!
ReplyDeleteHi mrs m! Wanted to ask if you could change the name of my story to: Broken to be mended (The last ride from Mitch's POV) because it is kind of confusing with the current title. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteIf you are Luca, your story is already titled "Broken to Be Mended," so I'm confused.
DeleteThe other story is by a different fan/contestant. Same scene, different title.
DeleteSo, Luca . . . I retitled your story "Broken to Be Mended (The Last Ride from Mitch's POV)." Is this correct now? Sorry for all the confusin.
DeleteI just saw that you have the 'Last Ride' scene from Chad's POV coming up Mrs. M!!
ReplyDeleteSo excited!!!!! :D
~Micaiah
Well, I know it's hidden somewhere in Andi's Blog but I thought I'd put it in a place where everybody could actually find it once and for all. :-)
DeleteAwesome!
DeleteI know, but the title says Mitch's POV but I'd like it to be The Last Ride from Mitch's POV instead.
ReplyDeleteLuca B.
Thank you!
DeleteWait . . . so you DON"T want the title to be Broken to be Mended (The Last Ride from Mitch's POV?) I'm kinda confused because your first comment asked me to change it TO: Broken to be Mended. Then I just saw this one and I'm trying to get everything organized. So . . . please tell me your FINAL TITLE for your POV Fan Fiction story. Thanks! *wink*
DeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteBroken to be Mended (The Last Ride from Mitch's POV),is fine.
ReplyDeleteHi, Mrs.Marlow, I have loved your stories since I was five. I really Love the milestone series I'VE read them fifty times or so!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you again for writing really good stories!
Abigail H.
Someone should make Justin's POV for the Last Ride
ReplyDeleteDo Andi's brothers smoke pipes like most men in the 1800's?
ReplyDeleteNo!
DeleteIn the Last Ride, does Andi not even say just one word to her brothers. Does she just pretend that their not even there?(after she finds out that Mitch shot taffy)
ReplyDeletePretty much. She can be stubborn--to her own destruction. *sigh* She might slip, especially if her mother demands that she answer when spoken to, but she refuses to carry on any meaningful conversations, until God (and Riley) get hold of her.
ReplyDeleteI'm not complaining, I REALLY enjoy your books, Mrs. Marlow. But, why does it always seem that Andi is always immature and stubborn(e.g. the last ride)? Even in the milestones, it looks like her family is always scolding her...
ReplyDeleteBecause that is real life. Kids are kids, and sinners are sinners. It takes a long time to mature, especially for certain personalities that are more determined and not as moldable. And everybody is immature for a long time in our own different ways. The difference is, some teens (and kids) and adults LOOK like they are mature, but inside they are often hiding a stubborn, selfish, and rebellious spirit that others don't see. That is often (in my opinion) more dangerous than the "in your face" kids.😉
DeleteDo you remember Laura and Mary in Little Town on the Prairie? Mary's response to Laura showed this exactly. Laura resented the fact that Mary was always so GOOD, and she herself was often in trouble with her "quick" speech and actions, like Pa always warned her. Mary confessed to Laura that she put on a "face" of being "good," but inside she was selfish and just showing off. Hope that helps. 😉😉
Yes, thank you very much, that explains a lot. Don't get me wrong, Mrs. M, your books are probably my favorite!!😍😁💖

DeleteWhich state would Kate and her kids be living in before she came home?
ReplyDeleteShe was with Troy in Chicago, Illinois
ReplyDeleteIn the Last Ride, Andi's family was going to wait until her recovery to tell about Taffy's death... How would they have told her, otherwise? Would Mitch or her other brothers have told her? How would she have reacted?
ReplyDeleteWell, Mother could have told her when Andi woke up and was recovering, while she was still sick abed. That might have been better all the way around, but they chose to do it another way.
